Board Meeting Agendas and Meeting Information:

ENFIA Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month (as required in our bylaws).  The next board meeting will be on November 20, 2024 via an online Zoom meeting at 9:00 am. Like all board meetings, this meeting is open to the public. If you would like to attend, please email [email protected] for the Zoom link.

2024 Board of Directors Election Results

The election for new board members was held via email in the week prior to the 2024 Member Appreciation and Business Meeting held on October 26th, 2024. The results of the election were announced at the meeting.  Stan Trevena (current President) and Bruce Odelberg (Member at Large) were confirmed for another two year term. Both received 34 votes in favor, 0 against confirmation.  One position on the board is still vacant.  Per ENFIA bylaws, the responsibility of filling this vacant falls to the board of directors to appoint a member to this vacant position.
